Cardz TV Challenge #5 3D Easter Card or Treat Box

Hello everyone! Welcome back for the 3D Challenge #5 at Cardz TV! This week’s challenge is to create a card treat box or bag for Easter. For my project, I used the Cardz TV stamp set "Easter Punnies" This set has SO many cute sentiments. To purchase this stamp set, plus many others, click here. For the baskets, I used three Cricut cartridges: Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2, Elmo & Friends, and Easter 2010 Seasonal. I love all three of these baskets. I cut them out on my Cricut Explore and really like how they turned out.

Halloween Treat Bags 2014

Hello everyone! This is a post to share with you the Halloween Treat Bags I made for my grandson's 2nd grade class. I used 3 stamp sets from Cardz TV Stamps: "Frankly Frightful", "Happy Days", and "Spooky Sayings". You can purchase these sets here. The cat and pumpkin is a print and cut by Stinkin Cute Paper Piecing that I found in the Silhouette Design Store. You can purchase it here. I also made 2 post-it note holders for his teachers and stamped sentiments on the first page of the post-it notes to coordinate with the paper on the covers. This is a Lori Whitlock design, also from the Silhouette Design store, that you can purchase here.

Cardz TV 3D Challenge #1 "Sweets for the Sweet"

Hello everyone! I am super excited for the opportunity to continue being a member of Mary's Cardz TV design team! Welcome to a new challenge. This week's challenge is to create a candy wrapper or candy holder for Halloween treats.

For my project, I used the sentiment "Happy Halloween" from Cardz TV "Spooky Sayings" stamps set and "Bear Bones" from the "Beary Sweet" stamp set. You can purchase both of these stamp sets here. I cut the milk carton from the Artiste Cricut cartridge and the cute skeleton bear is from the Create a Critter 2 cartridge. I added some glossy accent to the skeleton bones and gave the bear some cute googly eyes. Love that little bear!

Valentine Treat Bags (2013)

Happy Friday! Here are the Valentine treat bags I made for my grandsons kindergarten class. I used my gypsy to create a handle in the topper instead of using ribbon or jute like I have done in the past. It made it a little faster putting the bags together. The hearts along the bottom was created using the Martha Stewart heart border punch, the Hershey kiss die cuts are from My Creative Time (so cute!), and all faces are from Peachy Keen Stamps.

Challenges:

School policy: No candy allowed so this is what's in the bags.

Materials:

Cartridges: Fabulous Finds (for toppers-used gypsy to modify shapes)

Card Stock: Recollections

Die Cut and Stamps: My Creative Time (Chocolate Greetings), Peachy Keen Stamps (PK-145 Pile of Smiles, PK-486 In Stitches, PK-293 The Cornies, PK-460 Happy Lashes)

Punch: Martha Stewart (Heart Border)
