Get Well Card

Hi everyone! A friend of mine just had surgery and I wanted to send him a card. He's feeling down and I thought this might lift his and his families spirits. I recently got the Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments stamp set and the "Thought you might need a pick me up" stamp is perfect (I love this stamp set). The little envelopes in the back of the pick up truck each have a sentiment stamped on the inside. I love the way this card turned out. Hope you do too!

Minnie Mouse Birthday Card

Hi everyone. Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made for my friends granddaughter, Paige, who turned 2. Her birthday theme was Mickey Mouse, so I pulled out my Mickey and Friends cartridge and made this Minnie Mouse card for her. I really like how the pink and blues stand out against the black and all the sparkle. I think this is among one of my favorite cards I've done. I hope you like it too!

It's Yarr Birthday!!

Hey everybody! Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made. It's for my nephew and I thought the pirate theme would be good. I used the Imagine to make this card. My machine is still not working properly though. It will sometimes cut the images out and other times it won't. It also is still randomly rebooting. Provocraft is replacing it for me (yay!). I am very happy about that because I love, love, LOVE the Imagine. I got the Buccaneer cartridge over the holidays and was anxious to use it and that's what inspired this card. I also printed the paper for the envelope using that cartridge. I really like how it turned out.

Challenges:

Birthday Sundaes Challenge #38 - Create a new birthday card.

Cooking with Cricut #67 - Use something new (Buccaneer cartridge).

Fantabulous Cricut #93 - Create a masculine project.
