I really enjoyed making this card. I like how the color combination turned out and I especially liked the pear being on an action wobble. Hope you like it too.

“Da Bomb” Birthday Card

Hi! I wanted to share with you a birthday card I made for my son who turns 25 tomorrow.

Front of Card

Inside of card. I've started using clear photo corners tabs on some of my cards to hold the sentiment paper in place. I also include a couple extra sheets of paper so that the card can be re-gifted. The top sheet can be taken out and a new sentiment written on the sheet below. That way, the card will get re-gifted and not simply tossed in a drawer or (yikes!) thrown out.

Recipe:
Card Base: 4.25 x 5.5
Cartridge: Indie Art – Bomb 2”, Smoke cloud 4”
Card Stock: Textured Colorbok (Wal-mart)
Sentiment: Typed in Word, font AR CARTER
Punch: Martha Stewart Grass Punch
Glossy Accents (on bomb), Stickles, Clear Photo Corners
