It's Yarr Birthday!!

Hey everybody! Today I'm sharing a birthday card I made. It's for my nephew and I thought the pirate theme would be good. I used the Imagine to make this card. My machine is still not working properly though. It will sometimes cut the images out and other times it won't. It also is still randomly rebooting. Provocraft is replacing it for me (yay!). I am very happy about that because I love, love, LOVE the Imagine. I got the Buccaneer cartridge over the holidays and was anxious to use it and that's what inspired this card. I also printed the paper for the envelope using that cartridge. I really like how it turned out.

Challenges:

Birthday Sundaes Challenge #38 - Create a new birthday card.

Cooking with Cricut #67 - Use something new (Buccaneer cartridge).

Fantabulous Cricut #93 - Create a masculine project.

  5. Saw your wonderful Pirate card entered at Fantabulous Cricut. I'm a big fan of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. You can see sketches of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow on my blog sidebar. Wish that someone would create a Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Cricut cartridge. Do not have an Imagine so cannot use the Buccaneer cartridge.
